Put a hole in your hand
Here is a way to put a hole in your hand without pain or bloodshed. With your left eye, look through small cardboard tube (a rolled sheet of paper fastened with tape will do). Bring your right hand, with the palm facing you, in front of your other eye. keep both eyes open and look through the tube.
