Gather the Women Monthly
Next Gathering: Thurs., June 13  7 pm

Are you experiencing a call to slow yourself and listen, to awaken to your authenticity, to move in the world from your unique and inspired place of knowing?

Gather the Women is a warm and welcoming women's circle that meets once a month.  Gifting yourself with this time and space allows you to come into balance with yourself and to be witnessed in your authenticity by a supportive circle of women. Participants are invited to bring something to place on the altar. Circle meets the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7-9 pm. Space is limited; please Contact Anne (or 665-8316) to reserve your place in circle or join through Meetup.  $10 per evening.  Gathering is at the Synergy Center at 207 Governors View Road in East Asheville. Wisdom Sharing Circles - Co-ed Monthly
Next Gathering: Thurs., May 30    7 pm

Each month, sacred space is set for individuals - men and women - to sit together and practice heart-to-heart communication, heal wounds, find courage to act upon that "still small voice within," and to empower our best selves. This Circle is facilitated by Anne Heck and Ymani Simmons, through their partnership organization Wisdom Keepers.  Click here for more information on Wisdom Keepers.

Sitting in Circle provides you with the support to:

• know yourself well
• establish balance within yourself
• be witnessed in your authenticity by loving community
• gain clarity and insight

Coming of Age Circle for Girls and their Mothers
Sunday, May 19, 2 - 5 pm

You and your daughters are invited to gather in circle and participate in ceremony that honors the feminine. The intent of the Coming of Age Circle is to help girls ages 8 - 12 navigate the path from girl to young woman with intentionality, mentorship and joy. 

Our time together will include fire circle, singing, creating and ceremony. This is a time for replenishment, ease, laughter, sharing and learning. The circle meets monthly. Inquiries welcome. $20 for mother-daughter pair. Please RSVP by May 10.

Journey to the Heart Women's Circle
12-Week Series - Begins Fall 2013

Journey to the Heart is an intimate gathering for those committed to connecting to their heart space.  This is for you if you'd like to make a regular practice of connecting with your authentic needs and desires within the safety and with support of a reflective Circle of intentional women.  This is for the brave of heart who are curious to take a look inward.

Journey to the Heart is for you if you wish to:

• increase your clarity and self-awareness and receive guidance towards your own knowing.
• experience greater balance in your spiritual and physical life.
• have a supportive community witness your Authentic Self, allowing you to step more fully into your own power.
• do deep, personal work with the support and safety of a reflective circle of intentional women.

The benefits of Journey to the Heart are:

• learning to listen to your inner guidance.
• gathering tools and abilities to care for your deeper needs.
• nourishment of your inner life.
• increasingly trusting yourself.
• having a space to share deeply.
• encouragement of your Authentic Self.

Inner growth and awareness happen when we create the right environment for it: time, safe space, and loving guidance. I ask for your commitment to be fully present for yourself and others when you come into community; the amount of attention and intention that you devote to Circle will determine what you gain from it.

This Asheville Women's Circle is filled for Spring 2013. It runs for 12 weeks and will begin again in the Fall of this year.  Space is limited, so contact me soon if you're interested in reserving your spot.

Transformative Healing Doll Workshop

Doll making is a powerful medium for connecting with deep parts of ourselves as well as ancestral voices. In many cultures, dolls have long been used for the purpose of healing. 

Through the process of creative play, you open yourself to your pure essence and in honoring the messages that emerge, you nurture your connection to your soul.  In this workshop, you will:

~ set an intention that will guide your work
~ be encouraged to connect with your inner wisdom
~ manifest a meaningful representation of a guardian for your life and work, a uniquely personal piece that will carry your intentions as you walk forward
~ allow your intuitive knowing to flow into form
~ utilize a journaling process to dialog with your creation
~ begin to trust the sacred wise woman within
~ learn basic techniques for making your own unique doll

Details:  No artistic background required.  Plenty of materials provided, though you are asked to bring anything that calls to come with you ~ fabric, charms, beads, moss, sticks, paper, ribbons, other things to personalize your doll.

Bring: journal, embellishments, bag lunch

Spiritual Dowsing ~ October 2013 TBA

Spiritual Dowsing is one of the most powerful and simple practices I know; I utilize its teachings daily and am excited to share it with you. This workshop will introduce you to life-changing teachings that enhance present moment awareness and create balance in your life.

Dowsing or divining is the art of tapping into your innate ability to explore the world of subtle energies that are everywhere within and around you, subsequently drawing you ever closer to the Divine.

In this afternoon workshop, you’ll learn the basics of dowsing and how to detect beneficial and detrimental energies in your living  and work environments. You'll learn to work directly with Nature and with the Divine to take charge of your life. Most importantly, you'll learn to use a blessing process to:

• change detrimental energies that weaken you and can make you sick, into beneficial energies that strengthen you, heal you, and enhance your moods and relationships
• attract new beneficial energies into your living environment
• eliminate the harmful effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF's) that radiate from TVs, computer screens, microwave ovens, electrical wires, cellular phones, etc.  You can actually make these energies beneficial to you and your loved ones with the Blessing Process.
• attract what you most need and want into your life, drawing you ever closer to your highest potential as a spiritual being of Light.
