Women's Empowerment Circle
The Women's Empowerment Circle is an intimate gathering for those committed to creating positive change in their lives. This circle is for you if you're intent on connecting with your authentic needs and desires, creating clarity for yourself, learning to trust your inner guidance, and developing tools to nurture and care for yourself so you become your best you.
This circle is for the brave of heart who are curious to take a look inward and who are willing to take actions that will better support themselves and others. It was inspired by the knowing that empowered women will empower and inspire other women. My intent in facilitating this group is to support women on the path to their highest expression and good works in the world.
Topics to be covered will include tools for empowerment, use of language, self care, listening and trusting inner guidance, self talk, use of ceremony and more.
Inner growth and awareness happen when we create the right environment for it: time, safe space, and loving guidance and support. I ask for your commitment to be fully present for yourself and others when you come into this community; the amount of attention and intention you devote to this series will determine what you gain from it.
This women's series runs for 8 weeks with 2-hour meetings each week. 2016-2017 dates will be announced soon. Space is limited, so contact me soon if you're interested in reserving your spot.
The cost for the series is $495.

We invite you and your daughter to partake in a bountiful harvest of creativity, intention and friendship. Our Harvest Celebration will be an afternoon devoted to nourishing the mother-daughter connection through thoughtful sharing, song and story. We will create our own dream pillows as well as constructing a community mandala from a harvest of seeds and natural items.
Consider what you’d like to harvest in your life, bring the gift of seed and join a community of new friends for a rich, colorful and dream-filled afternoon.
This celebration is for girls ages 7 - 14 and their mothers. The cost of the celebration is $45 per Mother-Daughter pair; $15 extra per daughter for families with multiple daughters participating.
Space is limited and registration is required.

Harvest Celebration for Mothers and Daughters
Moonwise: A Mother-Daughter Journey
into the Divine Feminine
Beginning September 2016
Moonwise is a 3-month program for girls ages 10 - 14 and their mothers. This program will create a safe container for girls to explore their emotional/spiritual selves as they make the important transition from girl to young woman. We circle monthly, engaging in ceremony, sharing intimately, getting to know ourselves and one another through focused activities and artwork and bringing meaning to our experience.
Mothers will sometimes gather separately from girls to create safe space for sharing joys and challenges of motherhood and offer community support to one another. Some months, we’ll join girls and moms in circle as we share in activities and discussions together.
Moonwise will focus on:
Celebrating the feminine
Nourishing our creative expression through art, music and dance
Sharing and listening from the heart
Tending the sacred fire
Nature connection and ancestral skills
Empowering our best selves
Moonwise will be facilitated by Anne Heck and Lena Ruark-Eastes of Earth Path Education. Planned meeting dates for Fall 2016 are: Sept. 4, Oct. 9 and Nov. 6.
We ask for mothers and daughters to commit to attending all program dates for the semester. The cost of the 3-month program is $225 for each mother/daughter pair (an additional $115 for each added daughter).
