Anne Reeder Heck is an Interfaith Minister, energy healer, spiritual counselor, speaker and facilitator of workshops and circles for women and girls. She is deeply atuned to energy and adept at gently guiding others in the direction of greater balance and flow in their lives.
In 1991 at age 26, Anne survived a violent assault and has spent much of her adult life working, often at very deep levels, to heal the trauma associated with this incident. She has come to know this as an initiatory experience in her life and as a formative factor in who she has become and where she has been called to assist others.
Anne is a graduate of Tony Robbins' Mastery University as well as his Trainer’s Academy. She has studied Conscious Languaging with Bob Stevens and understands the many ways in which our language reflects and affects our behavior and emotions.
Anne has mentored with Master Spiritual Dowser Joey Korn, and has studied with the late Healer and Dowser Harold McCoy and Co-founder and Nature Mystic Dorothy Maclean. She utilizes these skills in her healing sessions and her clearing and balancing of living environments.
Anne sat for a number of years in spiritual circles with Cherokee Teacher and Healer Will Rockingbear and with some of his apprentices. She was called in 2009 to quest for four days and nights for a vision in the loving embrace of the Appalachian Mountains.
Anne is a Healing Touch Practitioner and has been trained in and/or participated in over 70 different healing modalities.
Anne is a graduate of the Feminine Power training with Katherine Woodward Thomas and Claire Zammit. She is currently apprenticing with Amrita Hobbs, an expert in rites of passage work who resides in Australia.
Anne lives in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of NC with her lovely and loved family. She enjoys writing and shares openly her life experience through reflections, photography and poetry on her website.
Anne is very connected to the outdoors and loves to garden, hike and camp. She’s an avid cyclist and can often be found exploring the trails in Pisgah Forest or meditatively turning her pedals on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
